I am looking for someone who can come to my home in East Vancouver, near Commercial Dr. and Venables, and help extend a section of the fence quite a bit higher with wooden lattice, so that I can start dealing with a sound problem from the neighbours.

Long story short, I just found out that I have had parasites for the last 3 years since I first went to Peru!!! It's wonderful that, because of some testing that I did regarding a bacterial infection that I got this past December in Peru, they were able to also catch this parasite, and prescribe the exact medication that I need to get rid of it! Wow, I'm just imagining how incredible I'm going to feel once this is resolved! It's just a short 7 days of meds, and my hypersensitivity to foods and increasing allergies should be resolved!! YAY :) Horay :)

I was thinking of calling these "Lunaya's Angelic Zero-Sugar Candida-Safe Brazil Nut and Almond, Cocounut, Mint-Chocolate Maca Hemp Superfood Granola Bombs" but as I'm sure you can imagine, I decided the name was too long. The idea for this recipe came to me in a dream.
This past spring I was lucky enough to have had a wonderful visit with my dear friend Keala, who resides in Portland. While there, we co:workshopped on a variety of interesting topics, which I'm excited to slowly blog about bit by bit. One of the most interesting to me, which was my main goal for going to that place, was the method of generating a hologenetic profile. This is something that Keala first did for me, and which I will now be offering for free to some of my friends. You can do it too, if you're interested!
So, of course, naturally, I offer this advice very humbly, because I of all people have made mistakes. However, I can tell you that one of my unique gifts, inherent to my genetic frequency signature, is to learn through trial and error, and then universalize what I have learned from that process so that others can benefit. Think of me as a love scientist. I have gone through all kinds of experiments, tested the advice of others, and I will share with you now, my findings based on what did and didn't work
So, there's this amazing raw food restaurant in downtown Vancouver, and I'm really super in love with their avocado pie!! Every time I've had it I've been like OH MY GOD this is rediculously yummy. But when I went on the candida diet I was like OH NO I can't have that any more, cause they sweeten it with honey and dates. So, I decided to talk to the people there and get their advice on how to make a candida safe version of the recipe.
I've known for a long time, about a year and a half now, that I have a problem with candida overgrowth in my intestinal area. The problem is obviously deeply rooted, recurring and very serious, but I didn't realize what a major health problem it was becomming for me until last fall, when I started having strange symptoms that are only now starting to make sense as a manifestation of this issue.
